Installation instructions:

Tilt seatback all the way back.
Sitting on opposite side, slide Drop Stop over the seat belt catch via its patented seat belt slot. Then push all the way down to bottom of seat belt catch.
Now tuck Drop Stop into the gap, adjust seatback upright and you’re good to go!
